Specialization has now become indispensable, and we must go back to last February 9, 2016, to find Italy's first step towards the implementation of the European Directives on the subject, through the IMI Regulation which governs the recognition of professional qualifications, already acquired in one or more Member States of the Union and gives way to the "professional card".
