The first two checks must be carried out by highly skilled and experienced personnel, to detect any problems that have arisen and not resolved during installation, especially in the presence of large systems.
The verification of the transmission parameters that we deal with below is different and requires appropriate dedicated instrumentation and possible verification if the values are out of standard.
